Novi is given a tachyon by her future mother, allowing her to travel anywhere within Thence galaxy. Instantly! Novi's other two mothers, past and present, are perplexed as to why she was given this and tell her not to use it under any circumstances. Novi decides to search for her future mother to get more answers about her new-found transportation abilities and sets out with the help of Huckleberry, a nebula horse. When three powerful corporations learn of Novi's abilities, they pursue Novi throughout the galaxy to bottle her powers.
